Dr. Rohan Jowallah is a distinguished educator, researcher, and senior instructional designer with a rich career spanning over 30 years in education across the Caribbean, England, and the United States. His teaching expertise encompasses various educational levels, from elementary to university settings. As a prolific researcher, Dr. Jowallah has contributed extensively to the academic community through numerous publications, including a book and several book chapters, and he has also been a reviewer for multiple international journals.

 

His research interests focus on critical education issues and the integration of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Extended Reality (XR), Learning Spaces, and Inclusion into educational practices. His significant contributions to these areas were recognized with the Research Incentive Award at UCF in 2022.

 

Dr. Jowallah is a co-founder of Lifespanded, an organization dedicated to offering courses for self-enrichment and education. He is also a sought-after speaker, invited to share his expertise at various conferences and events worldwide.
